DAZZ~LING SPRITZ Shine Spray for hair is unlike other shiny hair products. Not only does it provide a delicate luminescent finish but it also features high quality oils to hydrate the hair. A non-aerosol spray using a 100% natural vegetable derived alcohol as a base for the formulation, which delivers the high performance active ingredients to the hair in a dry fine mist.
