#vernonfrancois Part 3: It’s because of you that I am an incredibly visual person, which has influenced the fresh approach to my profession. Hairdressing has been my saviour in enabling me to express myself and change something bad into something great. Positive change has happened because I have constantly asked questions, challenged and have found ways of working with you (big thanks to the iPhone software that types and spell checks the spoken word!). I have also accepted that you are an important part of who I am. You’ll always be a constant and heavy weight for me to carry and you still frustrate me; but now I am in charge.
